The 8th International Conference on Spectroscopic Ellipsometry (ICSE-8) takes place in June 26-31, 2019 in Barcelona, Spain. This famous event will present the latest news and developments in science and applications of spectroscopic ellipsometry and related polarization dependent measurement techniques.
